DISCy Chicks Martha and Cindy continue to help you put those assessments to work for the benefit of your direct reports. Assessments are more than just material for one-day workshop. Pull out those reports and take another look at the 12 Driving Forces. The Chicks choose four random driving forces and brainstorm ways you can recognize, reward and engage a direct report that might have one of those in his top driving forces.
