In her early career, Cynthia was exposed to DISC while working in the real estate business. Her company used DISC in the hiring process for job fit, but Cynthia quickly recognized other benefits of DISC. Cynthia made assessing her prospective clients almost a science. She was very intentional when meeting with her clients to listen and observe their behavioral clues. Cynthia created her presentation and conducted herself in a way that met the communication preferences of her prospects.
