The DISCy Chicks welcome Ron Oltmanns to our podcast. He is president of his own business LeadSkill that helps leaders grow their self-awareness which enables them in turn to grow their teams. Ron has a keen focus on EQ in the development of leaders and more specifically in how to help them clearly identify what emotions they experience throughout their day.
Ron has expanded Plutchik's Wheel of Eight Key Emotions, adding specific words to enable others to best identify what they are feeling. Research has taught us when we can identify what we are feeling, we can figure out how to better manage and work through our emotions.
