We were so happy that Buddy Hull, CEO of The Advisory Board in Atlanta, GA could join us for this DISCy Chicks Podcast! Buddy works with small business owners to improve their overall business performance, which of course includes managing employees and keeping them engaged on the job. He has used the DISC tool for many years and shared with us many client success stories.
Buddy cited the importance of business owners knowing themselves and the impact they have on others in their business. Understanding their strengths so they can be leveraged and their weaknesses where they can lean into another team member to get great results is important. Of course using the DISC assessment with teams in order for them to have a foundation of trust and sound communication with one another is an important outcome for Buddy's clients. And last but not least, he and Cindy shared a joint effort with a client using DISC Behaviors and Driving Forces for job benchmarking, to hire two excellent candidates with the right profile for job success...a must "hear" for this podcast.
